The bank, a primary European group, after a selection process conducted with our contribution, decided to adopt a full BPO model for its Swiss Private Banking International Hub and launched a migration project, as first step of the Hub implementation.
The goal was the migration of the bank from its existing core banking system to a full BPO operating platform, centered on Avaloq Core Banking and on Avaloq Sourcing Services.
We have supported the bank management in the whole migration journey, providing our advice when designing the solution, leading workshops with users, designing test cases and complementing Avaloq trainers during the training sessions.
We have played key roles in the cut over simulation and cut over execution, coordinating the bank activities together with the PMO.
As members of the Program Steering Committee and the project management team, we have assisted the client in the decision making process, leveraging on our long lasting experience in projects with Avaloq.
Due to our knowledge of BPO agreements, we have provided our contribution to the most appropriate services set up and SLAs design.
The migration has been completed as per initial plans, without any relevant issue post-cut over.
